Did you know that eating a healthy and hearty breakfast staple will reduce your chances of  experiencing heart failure? Whole grain cereals have been shown in multiple studies to reduce one’s chance of having a heart attack,  hypertension, stroke and diabetes. Cereals like shredded wheat, old fashion oatmeal and muesli are an essential component for any healthy diet. Researchers believe that the fiber in the whole grain cereals is responsible for these benefits. So for better health, make sure you include whole grains in your diet daily!
